to try to sue someone when they have been reported to Wage/Hour - and still in the process of being reported to Wage/Hour for asking people to work off the clock so they don't have to pay overtime. I quit 2 years ago. One of my supervisors who still happens to be there told me specifically to be sure not to record my hours. Payroll was all over her because they said it was against the law to work without recording hours but TO THIS DAY they continue to call people on their days off to work when overtime has not been approved meaning you have to work off the clock. So I don't think OSi wants to get entangled with trying to find out people's identity when probably every single MT who ever worked for OSI worked to help the cause i.e. help OSI break the law. And that supervisor has been promoted by the way.

twisting the knob..BRAVE ladies!
How totally refreshing to read a post, then the replies and an honest informative debate about a subject and not one name called, no one slamming someone for their opinion and a truly interesting read.
This is so refreshing for a change and should happen much more often. I commend you all for your educated and well spoken opinions
When one door closes, another opens, several others if you are brave.
There are very few mean MTs actually.
