are paying 20% less for ASR as of today as stated in original letter. But I am certainly going to have words with my boss Monday since we were supposed to have been given a choice. Maybe it is a misunderstanding? Surely when I said I would NOT do ASR for pay cut they thought I said I'd be delighted :)
