This definitely explains where your work at MDI has gone. You can bet dollars to donuts Transcend will be off-shoring as much as they can from MDI to get the Indian transcriptionists (dare I say?) trained and the easier dictators separated from the more difficult to them. As well as to recoup whatever they paid for MDI and turn a profit. Not to be a downer, but I wouldn't look for work to come back to the levels you wonderfully dedicated MDI transcriptionists have seen while working at MDI, not gonna happen. Shame on management/the owner for playing games with you all for months and not being honest,dodging pointed questions, as they knew you were very close to the truth. I have had it with MTSO's that are solely for me, me, me and screw thee! Without you (us) they would never have achieved the level of standards they had and had become a lucrative enterprise to gobble up. Just really pisses me off to no end! There is a light at the tunnel, MT's. The truth has been revealed (well, the majority of it) and it is now up to you to stay or go. I firmly believe in the There's a reason for everything saying - I live by it, but it took me years to accept it. This could be your opportunity to get out there and snap up some clients of your own or find a better MTSO...
