I don't think there is a shortage at all. There are as many newbies wanting to get in if people give them a chance as there is seasoned MTs looking for work or needing changes. I think you were right with your answers. Good for you.

- Have done QA and trained folks and will tell you, not all experience is industry standard - a lot of folks cannot get off 100% qa. n/m
