that people question your credibility because if you look back in the archives at non-paying companies, you have lots of people getting burned by the same companies and you don't typically have a group of other people stating they work for the same company, but yet they have on-time pay with no problems. It is usually and all or none type situation. That leads me and probably others to believe that there was some sort of issue between you and this company that caused you not to get paid or to be paid late.
I know that typically when a person just starts with a new company they are a little slower than a person who has been working there a lot longer and it would be hard for me personally to believe that a person like me, who makes a really great living at Landmark and has a nice size check would receive my check with no problems, but someone who is just getting started, probably isn't owed a lot of money, wouldn't receive their check. I mean IF they were going to basically steal income from employees, if they are that bad off or whatever, then why wouldn't they steal a larger check, or steal from more than one or two people.
None of it makes sense to me. If you are being honest in your concerns and there was no other situation leading up to this then I am sorry for you and I do hope it all works out for you.
