talking about. I would run while you have the chance. There are other jobs out there if you have experience. Yes, a month is too long to get started on a new job. I am with a company that lost the account I was working on and I did wait a month before I was placed on another account, but they already knew my quality and my work experience - so I figured it was worth the wait - and it has been - another great account, great manager, QA, the whole ball of wax. I can guarantee we are not talking about the same companies - but I would start putting out more resumes so you can be picked up by a good company who deserves your skills. I'm surprised you have held out this long. Most would not. Just realize - it is their loss and not yours.
