I think

I have 5 accounts. My main one is a Lanier and is very busy (moderately busy for the last month or so, very busy right now). I have 4 other accounts (3 internet, 1 C-phone) and I have noticed they have been pretty low the last few months. I think with the internet accounts in particular new people that get hired on want to get on those because you don't have to worry about equipment rental or long distance, so they end up over-staffed. They used to keep it balanced a little better. Maybe we are going through conflicting cycles of hiring and work slow down, doubly compounding the problem - I don't know. It can be disconcerting when you get the morning email that says to stagger your work today since work is low, and by the way, welcome to a new MT on the account. I hope it straightens out soon because it really is a great company that attracts great MTs.
