You as an educated Transcriptionist surely knows when you are typing straight whether or not something belongs somewhere, do you not? If a dictator had a patient named Charles Kelly and everything went along with a male, prostate surgery, taking Viagra and then all of a sudden the dictator says this person had a hysterectomy in such and such year, don�t you know that is not RIGHT??? That my dear is the same way with VR. You listen, you know, you change, if a doctor changes his mind (which they do with straight and VR) you as a trained person SHOULD know when to change. You guys just refuse to hear anything except what you THINK it is like.
