I completely agree! That is one of the main reasons why I quit and went with another company. There are so many brown nosers that suck up to management to get all of the good reports and try to move up in the company, etc. These people have no self-respect. This company obviously doesn't care about anyone who doesn't worship the ground that they walk on and don't even care if people are constantly leaving. When I sent my manager an e-mail about a month ago to tell her that I quit because I had found a better job, I never even got so much as a response back! They obviously don't care. They are like one big revolving door...people go in and come right back out! They also don't pay for spaces, which is a joke. They kept telling me that most companies were getting away from paying for spaces. Right! The 3 companies that offered me jobs all paid for them! What a joke! I was there for a year, and now that I am with my new company, I realize that was probably a year wasted! I am just soooo glad to be out of there!
