You must have been an MTSO from back in the 70s or 80s when what you said was true. Now days, what difference would it make if a few MTs disappeared for a week or two, they wouldn't be missed and many would still be sitting around waiting for a crumb.

I for one am glad I am out of this crappy profession and BTW, I was one of those who was always dependable, worked extra when asked and my appreciation was no work just like everyone else. Hogwash!
