I have been there for several years and like it very much. I have read what has been written on this board over the past week or so and I have never been asked to work and not record it...as they say they have. I have a hunch there is more to their story than what they are telling. Incentives are offered and I have always been paid for the extra work I have done. I have been called when accounts are behind but never felt any pressure to work if I didn't want to.
