she has outsourced to India. I think she has more integrity than that. I think it is just a matter of wanting to stay in such strict TAT that MDI overhires. Anyone else get those e-mails when there are about 200 minutes of backlog and she is asking do we really want to keep our jobs because if we do we better get on and work? If the minutes go above 200, she panics and tells C to add more people to the account. She actually put that in an e-mail recently. That's how I see it.
