I have an interview tomorrow with MDI. Does anyone here work for them, and if so, can you share what they are like to work with as an IC? I am so anxious to get out of MQ, but I don't want to go from bad to worse (if that's possible). If anyone would be so kind as to give the thumbs up or down, I'd really appreciate it.
