I think their platform is very logical, is easy to use, and works well. I think the pay is better than most, but they also only want top-notch MTs. Very fair to me as an employee. So far lots of work available, tho' it got kinda slow over the holidays. We get QA/mentor people to ask questions, etc. Management is friendly. So far all my checks have been on time. There are also techs to call with software or PC problems. I plan to stay with them for the rest of my MT career. :)
