I have been with them a little more than a year and came from Medquist when the contract employee status was phased out. Their pay is fair, I think. The QA staff is excellent. PTO amount seems pretty good to me too. They do pay incentives for over so many lines per week... It escapes me right now how many lines, but not anything unobtainable. My only 2 complaints are with time off. First the whole holiday thing. I can't seem to get a holiday off to save my life. Now... I do realize I have not been there very long and I am not sure if that plays into it, but it is very frustrating to always get stuck in that area. Also, getting your time off request back in quickly has been an issue recently, but I think there is some internal things going on with job changes, etc. They are flexible as far as scheduling and flexing your time if needed and do pay downtime, although we don't seem to need it very often. Definatley OT available on a routine basis if you want it. I have a good account with some ESL, but only a few that I really cringe when I see them pop up. The platform was easy to use, although I was concerned at first because it is actually 2 programs run together. Once you get the hang of it, it is really easy and my productivity is very good on it. They provide you a computer, but you pay for your own DSL. Insurance is high I thought. 401K also. Does that help some?
