I have been there 2 years and really like it. My supervisor is pretty flexible and the QA staff is excellent. They are great about providing constructive feedback. Their help desk is also very good. Pay is average... nothining spectacular. Benefits are good. Their new platform took a little getting used to, but I really love it now. My only concern is we are transitioning a lot of reports to VR now and we still haven't been told how that is going to affect our pay. I am sure it won't be good. I find that the VR doesn't really increase my productivity... not sure why that is?? Overall, I would say a good, dependable, honest company to work for.
