about needing flexibility. When I started MQ I was an IC and could pretty well get in as much lines as I wanted When I wanted. Well, they did away with the IC altogether and said we could stay or go, either way they don't care. So rather than going thru interview/testing hell and against my better judgement I decided to stay as an employee. I've regretted it ever since. BIG BROTHER all the way and it's driving me crazy. I do understand that these companies answer to their clients a.k.a. the doctors and hospitals. The docs need a dependable TAT, ok I get that. But if I preferred all the things that go with being an employee then I would have sought that out to begin with, instead of being forced into it. I know nobody forced me, but I had finally gotten used to my doctors and was making some leeway so I figured I could hack it. Then the change-around happened in July and it's been a downward spiral from there.

To me, one of the whole points of working at home is the flexibility. If I wanted to be treated like a factory worker or just another employee I would have stayed at the hospital where I worked before. I was made to feel like crap there too, which is why I left and which is why I'm leaving my current job and have an interview with another on Monday --- WOOOHOOOO !!!!

Score!
