I know, but some of these

people are saying not to work for a company that offshores.  Well if you have a job, then you're not offshored.  That's what's not making sense to me.

Should I assume it just means that some companies hire MT's in India and here?  What difference does it make to me if the company gives me a decent job and also gives Indian people a job?  It stinks that the jobs are being sent over there, but there are still plenty here.
