I have commented on the disorganization as well, but

there is a ton of work, they leave me alone, I have some flexibility with my account, so I try to overlook the disorganization. I think they are just growing so fast.

A lot of the disorganization is gone now. sm
I know new people were hired in the office, which has helped. Growth is not a bad thing when so many others are losing accounts.
If you like disorganization and rude QA go for it.
The platform isn't bad. It is basically typing in MS Word. The QA person is awful though if you ask me - came off as rude or I was a buden if I had a question. If you ask a question you'll be told to look in the book. The office person is very nice. I liked that it was a smaller company.
Wow, thanks for the FYI. Not testing after the disorganization anyway. nm

Sheila is slammed with work....its not disorganization - sm
they are very, very busy and it is very time consuming for her to set people up. Believe me she wants to hire and set people up. My advice to anyone who has done the test, sent in their paperwork, etc. Call her, early....if you call her between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. you should be able to get her on the phone, if not leave her a message, tell her you are getting anzy, etc. and need to start ASAP. This lady is on the phone probably 8 out of the 10 hours she is in the office on some days. Mondays being the worst obviously. They are good people though, pay on time, plenty of work, don't mess with you as long as you meet TAT (24H), etc.
I guess it does not matter how nice someone is, if you can't produce due to disorganization, huh?
I am just really nervous. The company I have been with for over a year does not offer benefits and it is really scary to go switching jobs for benefits. I do have a family and need benefits. But I would rather be certain in my accounts and my company that I am work then to take a huge leap of faith, get a job where you cannot meet production due to whatever reasons and then be out of money, job, etc. This is a scary field to switch jobs in. Thanks for all info! I appreciate it! You may have just saved me from making a huge mistake.
Wow..you even tested...hmmm. All that shows to me is unprofessional and disorganization.
As much as I hate to get the Dear John, we didn't select you emails, I would rather hear something than nothing. I can handle that kind of rejection but when I waste my time applying, and then they do not even have the common courtesy to respond back on any level. That truly just shows me that I would not work for a company like that. It just gives you a little preview of how they do business.
