Axo I was told 7 cents a line for employee - my current account is going over to Axo and I wanted to stay with the doctors I already know and love for over 12+ years (so I do have some experience LOL). Work is pooled (they told my docs I could continue doing their work so big red flag)and I understand they outsource. Just curious - what did they offer you for line count?

They might dock your pay for errors. I'd ask if interviewing. nm

I am interviewing for a trainer position. What would
you ask for per hour? I will be training all new employees on the software that the company uses. Thanks for any input. Yes, by the way, I have been with this company for several years but not sure what to ask for in this position. Thanks!!!
I agree with you. I share your views on interviewing the
applicants. You must be able to talk one on one with them and be able to relate. Much of what you say I also feel. Also, the things that I do discuss with my applicants remain with me. They are confidential and they do not go past me as a recruiter, but I use them to help me in my job and to help my company. I want all the folks I interview to know that their thoughts are safe, no matter what we might discuss regarding their experiences, etc.
From previous posts and in my interviewing history,
I am not sure that is correct. Some companies actually do just pay a certain amount per report for QA and it is very low and others pay just for the blank filled in. Pathetic, ain't it.
Did the MT interviewing with Transcript USA make contact yet? Anything good

They were still interviewing last week--wouldn't hurt to call or E-Mail
As far as I know they are still looking for Acute Care MTs, but I don't know how many they just hired or what kind of hours, FT/PT they still have available. Could be that they are still looking for a couple more. Sure wouldn't hurt to go to their website and call or E-Mail. If they are still hiring, they may be jammed with applications, so if they do not respond right away that is probably a good sign and you should keep trying. They are worth the effort to talk with them.
