I have a 2nd job as an IC

I like it becuase I can work when I want.  I only do OPs, some days there are a bunch, other days are slimmer, but I use this to supplement my employee position for another company.  I put aside 30% for taxes and 20% for savings and like having a good savings account again. 

If you find an honest IC position, it can benefit you.  If you find one that says you have to work this time and produce this many lines, it sucks. 

I do not mind it and think it is a benefit to my employeer and myself.
