I just finished testing
and I thought the dictators were very clear and easy to transcribe for, but bottom line for me is rate of compensation. I am so tired of being nickel and dimed to death, if you know what I mean. I am tired of giving 120% and getting squat in return. Oh, sorry off topic.

I strongly disagree with you. To say all MTs are highly skilled is to demean the whole group. There are roughly -- very roughly -- two categories of MTs. There are those who do it because they can stay home and breed their chihuahas and herd their babies. Then there are those who absolutely love the field of medicine and work for that reason. I began in-house and never dreamed that I would eventually work from home. The MTs who are willing to research Hiszysrinksigo's syndrome instead of blanking it SHOULD be paid more per line than the puppie brokers.
Just finished with my shift and I made
a little over $147 for the 8 hrs and 15 minutes I worked today, mostly VR and I work at 4 cents a line.
Just finished applying to 35 different jobs
I am so fed up with my current company that I just can't take it anymore! I decided to spend the time I normally would be working to applying to any jobs.

I did my best today and put myself out there, I once thought to just get out of MT but I think I'm going to just go all in as I just work when I feel, pretty much PT but now I'm going in headfirst full-time, really going to make the most of this education I paid for, why not!

When I finished with school, I couldn't find a job as an MT..
so I was hired doing billing..it is worth a shot
