I passed my 1 year mark recently too, and didn't hear anything from my supe about a review. We've been talking frequently about other issues, but not that. I'm not very concerned about it, I suppose she'll get around to it eventually if its required. I'm very happy at Webmedx, and have learned not to sweat the small stuff.
