I totally agree with odermt. I have been with the same hospital for 8 years and just recently started at Keystrokes also (and love it). I have worked for a few others along the way and NONE of them ever gave me a guarantee of how much work would be there or how much money I would make. That was always up to me.
Do I agree with outsourcing, heck no! Do I think MTs are treated unfairly, no. We agreed to the terms of whatever job we took. How many careers can you have where you work from home AND get benefits? Are some QA people unfair, you bet, but go work in an office somewhere and I guarantee you will find the same thing. At least I don't have to face that person daily and play office politics!
Life is what YOU make it. If you choose to sit around and complain then your life will always be full of negativity.
