she took a job for 7 cpl. She said most companies pay around 7 cpl. Anyway, the point is that these companies could pay more than 7 cpl if QA was not involved. QA is making, what, 3 or 4 cpl? So, add 3 or 4 cpl to 7 cpl and you have a decent rate. It makes sense. But in order to do this, the company needs to rearrange how they manage their accounts.
