these days that MTs do not use any reference books at all. Just look at the Word Board. So many questions are asked that could simply be found by looking in a reference book. Also, since each client is different (some use BOS-2, some use their own rules), etc., you have to go by what the client wants and that should be accessible to everyone working that particular account.
