but I don't see it being much worse than MQ. I've been with MQ for 10 years now and haven't seen a raise in the last 5 years. What am I supposed to do, wait around until they trickle a few pennies down to me?
As for the benefits, MQ should offer a differential to those who don't except benefits. Maybe they would keep a few more employees. I also think they need to get rid of that E-time. It's a PIA and I don't really think it does much good except to keep my eye on the clock the last 15 minutes of my shift.
I don't if Keystrokes is better, but I would like the opportunity to find out.
