I don't get it.

Yes, work has been low for a while now but you get paid downtime, which I don't know of any company who pays the hourly rate for downtime that Axolotl pays.  Then you say that you get enough work trickling in to where you don't get to claim any downtime.  Well then what's the problem?  If you are getting work trickling in to cover your shift, then why are you complaining.  You evidently are getting enough work to keep you busy your entire shift or you would be able to claim downtime.


I believe that this is a bump in the road right now but if people are this concerned, then go to management and ask questions.  If you don't like the answers, then find another job with someone who doesn't have the benefits that we have and/or doesn't pay downtime. 


I know there are talks of new accounts coming but it TAKES TIME.  There is no need for people to come here airing dirty laundry before you ask questions and receive answers from management.


NO, I am not management either.  I am an MT just like everyone else.
