I don't do well with slackers -- SM

so I have a hard time in the company setting. I consider myself a hard worker and there are a lot of people out there who just aren't and have no work ethics whatsoever.
I suspect if you like to take a lot of coffee breaks, go to the bathroom multiple times, text message under the table, find a way to sluff off the hard work on other co-workers, enjoy gossiping or hearing gossip, get entertained by watching other people fight, enjoy getting interuppted all the time, and work as minimally as possible for the hourly wage you would probably enjoy the hospital setting more so.
If you like peace and quiet and like to get paid on production and not get all the crap that other co-workers shuffle over to you, then home office is more likely the way to go.
Just my experience, like I said.
