If a person leaves their e-mail addy
in the box their name shows up in blue in the post and you can e-mail them by clicking on that. If there is no blue they did not leave their e-mail addy. In that case you can leave a post with your e-mail addy and ask them to e-mail you, otherwise you can't go e-mail.

I get mine check by mail with no problems
I work for the Q and my checks are mailed to me. They come on time every time. I have never had a late paycheck with them. I have worked for companies who consistently pay late and left because of that, a definite deal breaker for me no matter how good everything else is with the company. One day late and I quit working until check arrives, this from experience with not getting paid at all for two weeks of work at one place. My bills have to be paid on time so payday has to be dependable. I have been messed up by a bank computer glitch with direct deposit twice in the past and that is why I have gone back to having my checks mailed.

I left SPi 8 months ago and still get crap from them in the mail
I recently got a huge packet from them that took up half of my mailbox. It was a bunch of forms they wanted me to fill out and send back to them (tax forms and other SPi stuff). I haven't even worked there since last February! They really are incompetent and have no idea who is still working there and who is not.
I just left. Need Cobra info. Lost the mail and wonder...
I am flailing financially but have a wonderful new job where I am treated like a human being and compensated for my dedication.
I cannot tell you so you'd understand how much more happy I am now. But, I have no insurance and have a preexisting so I lost my mail and can't gather the strength to call and talk with the staff who suddenly sound so distant. Blah

Thank you Maddy, any help is greatly appreciated at this point. I haven't worked in over two months now, medical reasons and the company I was with never had any work available. I should have already started work with this new company (TSI) but I keep getting told that they are having problems with Dictaphone or the doctors don't want to do what is necessary on the new platform, etc., etc. I just want to get to work. I have a family to take care of and bills to pay. I can't do that on we're getting there, just hang tight. Anyway, my email addy is kwdevrie56@aol.com. There are about four people who have that email addy (it's just like yahoo, hotmail or aol), but this particular email addy keeps kicking back as undeliverable.

2 years old and it does not have a 9-pin serial port, nor does it have a game port. I have used both ports on other computers so I know what both ports look like. I also have a company provided computer and it does have the ports on it.

One thing you have to realize is Dragon doesn't work efficiently on most platforms. It is great in MSWord, but when you have to type in most if not all these different platforms that are Word-like programs,(these platforms actually pull from your personal Word program) it prints a character at a time, not good! (most of these platforms have all kinds of security and nonmicrosoft programs will not work inside the platform) I can still use mine but I have to open WordPad and speak to that and then copy and paste into the platform program.
There are some who will say you have to tweak it a bit to work in some of these platforms, but you still loose a lot of functionality.
I love this program as it has helped with my carpal tunnel immensely, but don't think for a moment that with this program, once you have it trained you are going to be making big bucks. Yes, you line count will go up a bit and I mean a bit. You are not going to get rich. People need to understand this is not a program where you have very little typing and the money will just roll in. You have to be realistic.

It is refundable after 3 years of employment. If you leave before 3 years you get it back when they receive the equipment back. I received my deposit upon 3 years of employment without having to ask for it. I was pleasantly surprised, figured it would take awhile and need a few emails!
Mine too BUT..
The CEO called me personally and fixed mine as soon as I notified them that this happened. The company had no idea wbout this. They were great! I even sent them proof of fees that I incurred and they reimbursed those too..I am very happy with the fix

They never limit the number of reports you can type even while you are on full QA. I have never seen another company do that, I was always limited to 10 max in the past. I made my line count from day 1, felt sorry for the poor QA dept.

YOG-- Loved it! Not in business anymore- sold to MQ.
MQ- Good about 8 yrs ago, went downhill after that.
DISKRITER-- Hated it-- Not enough work. Demographics took longer than typing the reports.
JLG- Love it, just hate the fact that we do not have DD right now, but love the work and the people!
