I do currently (sm)

I'm not sure what to say about them currently. The owner just decided to go to a new pay scale (in which we only get paid for visible black characters). I guess we'll see how that pans out in terms of pay. Even before this, the pay was definitely on the low side.

In addition, to maintain full-time benefits, the requirement is now that you have to type 1680 lines per day, which is a huge jump in what it has been.

Overall, though, in the time I've worked for them, I've felt that they're a decent company. As the previous poster stated, they don't micromanage and they pretty much leave you alone to do your work.

The system is relatively easy to learn, but it's not the quickest in the world. There's a lot of tabbing back and forth between the transcription program, Word, and demographic lists (if you work on the clinic accounts), which takes a lot more time than it should.

I think that's the best info I can give you at this point in time. Good luck!
