I had been at my job for 7, going on 8 years. I loved my main acct, but the MTSO changed platforms and it was so time consuming and stupid, that I decided to leave. I haven't been sorry for one minute. I love the platform I'm on now, and also the accounts - so there IS life after a good account. If you feel you need a change, I say go for it - just don't burn bridges.
