I didnt' have any problem with it, though. I clicked the links, the download manager opened, asked if I wanted to open them in ExpressScribe, and voila, they were there. The sound quality wasn't great, but it worked. I hadn't turned off my popup blocker. I use Mozilla, but I don't know if that makes a difference.
