The TAT on this company is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to make and the pay is WAY TOO LOW for the stress. The docs send in 45-minute files and the MTSO expects you to have the work done in as little as 2-3 hours that day. Not only that, their pay was extremely low for such a stressful TAT (I think it was 6 or 7 cpl). The co-owner, who is soon-to-be EX-MIL, BTW, constantly called, messaged, and emailed me wanting to know when I would be done w/the work (A LOT QUICKER IF YOU'D LEAVE ME ALONE -- DUH!!!) Seriously, they'd call me on the phone, keep me on the line for an HOUR OR MORE and five minutes after hanging up the phone, I'd either get an email or an IM saying, How much longer do you think you'll be with that dictation? Needless to say, I was frustrated with them as a company!
The fact that the owner is going through a divorce and unloads on the MTs regarding her problems is totally unprofessional. Oh yes, the soon-to-be ex-husband is another co-owner (the Tech guy). That alone tells me to LOOK OUT - DANGER AHEAD. What's going to happen to the business when the assets/liabilities are split?
