TransHealth - you can get 9 cpl on other acute care accounts (65 character with spaces). Don't know if they have clinic work. As far as to work for, to each their own...meaning what is good for one may not be good for another. You need to try and find out if it is a fit for you. TransTech - last I knew was 8.5 to 9 cpl, acute care account. Don't know if they have clinic. I do not work for either of these companies, but have in the past. I only do acute care, so you will need to call and inquire about clinic work.
