I believe you

Its weird that on the town hall call they said they'd be offering our current PT folks a little raise (.0025 cpl) to go FT.  Yet how can they expect to recruit excellent MTs when they won't pay what they're worth?  They said they had 82 positions to fill - so how do they expect to fill them?  Maybe they're only planning to recruit newbies or a whole bunch of PT income-supplementers.

I'm sorry they treated you this way, and I hope they see the fallacy of this soon!
