I believe it - I did it, too

I tested for DSG a while back.  First she sent me the grammar portion, which I had an hour to take, and then she sent me 5 wav files to complete within 24 hours.  The payscale was a little better, though - 9.5 cpl.  I still turned the job down.

I'm ended up with MDI - no tests, no bull, great pay.  They consider the QA period of 5 jobs per day their test.  Some people have complained about being restricted, but I didn't mind.  At least they were paying me to take their test.  I also didn't quit my other job until I was running full speed with MDI and I told them that upfront and it was no problem. 

Like the other poster said, it's best to find out the payscale first.
