I'm not sure what questions to ask about their software. If you ask if it is user friendly, they will say yes, and then it turns out being very cumbersome. The place where I work now is a lot of changing screens, turning off programs, etc., etc. and a lot of problems. What would be the basic questions to ask? Thanks again.
