Anyone heard back from TransHealth? I've applied
I have 25 years of acute care experience and great references. Maybe it's my breath? LOL.
I've heard only positive things about them. So, I applied, but haven't heard a word. Maybe fl

Has anyone tested with MedScribe for those ER positions heard back? sm
I tested last week - thought I would hear by now. I'm thinking they already filled the positions.
I applied and heard back (sm)
They responded almost instantly with an e-mail that said to send a Yahoo IM (instant message) to their address. I e-mailed back that I did not have an IM account, and could we just discuss via e-mail, and then I never heard anything again. Really makes me wonder how legit they are...
I applied there and just heard back
I don't know a whole lot because I am waiting to start but pay is 9 cpl (even though the ads say 9-10) and they use ChartScript. You also must be incorporated because they are only hiring for contract work at this time. No set schedule. Hope this helps a little.
I applied but haven't heard back
Do any of these companies let you take time off without pay if you haven't earned your PTO yet? Any other good companies out there? Anyone pay more than 8.5 cpl?
In NY or Georgia? I never heard back from the NY one when I applied last year. nm

Has anyone applied and heard back from "Editors Needed" on the job board? sm
The ad said, Want to break into editing? I may have the job for you. Just wondering if anyone applied and has heard back. Mainly curious to find out what company this is. Thanks!
I don't work for Transtech but applied w/them, haven't heard back
..
Medware..Anyone know what they pay their speech editors. I have applied but havent heard back. I
was just curious if it was worth my time or not.
I've sent resumes twice over the years and never heard back. Have experience, too. nm

Never heard of them. Their website says they use DocShuttle and that positions are IC. nm

I've been offered several positions with 9+ cpl
rate because I tested so well. I've been told that they couldn't pay me more than that to start with because that left no place for me to go. Maybe not all companies offer a rate based on testing, but I know first hand that several do.
Phoenix Medcom- Another apply a few months back, ask to take a test and never heard back??
I applied a month or two ago, received an email from someone asking if I would take a test and said she was getting ready to go on vacation for a week, so I hurried and immediately and told her I'd love to take the test. I never heard back. I waiting thinking she went on vacation and would contact me when she got back to do the test but nothing...very strange..Just wondered if this happened to anyone else.
Has everyone heard back from Keystrokes yet regarding the email we received a while back?
Just wandering why I haven't heard any response yet.
I sent them an email back in August and never heard back sm
Is this company on Long Island? I checked out their website and even tried calling once. Were you successful in contacting them? All i know is that the company is owned by some doctors.
Hopefully, you will hear back. Unfortunately, I immediately heard back from MD-IT
but somehow with over 16 years of experience, I blew the test. I was soooo disappoionted and yet pretty stunned. I am by no means perfect but I haven't flunked a test in years. I expected it in my early years but not this far down the road. I was so confident and they will not tell you which part you did not pass and why so it really just blew my mind. I must have been in shock for like two hours after I got the email. Oh well, someone will want me....hopefully. I was thinking about OSi but I don't think I could take another rejection if I never heard back.
No. I applied, but I've applied SM
at a lot of places lately. I got an e-mail from a lady whose name starts with an M, but she didn't identify her company in the letter. She had my resume on the bottom of her e-mail, so I know it's someone I applied with, but I don't know which one!! LOL I'm thinking it's The Word Pros. Anyone else apply to The Word Pros and get an e-mail from M?
I'd love to hear information about them as well.

I've only heard of Intellitype. Never heard of Teletype.

I applied and they called back...
when I wasn't home and left a msg. When I called back, the person answering the phone didn't even want to take my name and number, but did so when I suggested it might be a good idea. Never heard another word... which probably says something, right???
I applied a few years back
..... what an experience. I have been a psych Transcriptionist for 20 years. I tested, with basically no instructions. I formated the report as I would my other psych reports. No errors as far as terminology, English, punctuation, etc. However, she said I did not follow directions (what directions?????) as far as my formating went. She said if I could not follow directions she would not hire me. She is a trip. I wouldn't work for her for all the money in the world.
I applied at Keystrokes a while back
it took exactly one day to hear back. They offered me a job but were only hiring full-time. I asked for 9 cpl to start and they were fine with that. I wanted part-time.
P/S: I love checking the archives; you can gain great info from doing this. Try it sometime.
What the heck? I've never heard that in the 8 yrs I've worked here. sm
Go back to your STM or over his or her head.
Applied with them 2 weeks ago; nothing heard so far...sm
Didnt see much on their website either, and can't find anything in the archives.
I had applied for PT work and never heard from them. nm

I have applied a few time, but have not heard anything.
Maybe if the poster will take the time to read the emails they have already received and actually hire from them, they would not have to keep posting over and over again.
Applied too and never heard a word.. sm

I applied the last time they had an ad and heard nothing...nm

How long after you applied did you hear back? nm Thanks
I heard from Medware an hour after I applied
Talked to the recruiter, received an offer later that day and in less than a week I had my equipment and started. They even call you and help you load the software and your expander, very professional. I am very happy, I use EXText so that was a plus to see Medware uses that software. They are a good company.
Haven't heard for a month since I applied

Friend of mine applied and she has not heard yet either - sm
It is legit as far as i know. It is an SBC global job, and they are known for hiring at-home people.
applied and haven't heard a word......nm

I wish TT would hire me. Applied and took test, but not heard from. NM
I guess I suck.
I've applied to a few with over 25 years' exp. in
thinking of trying that next time I apply. (And THEN asking for what my work is really worth!) Because even if I only had a few years on the job as an MT, if I'm proficient at it, then there's no reason to settle for chump-change pay. And that's all most MTs get these days. And what happens if your MTSO improves its software and your line count goes up substantially? Then they feel justified in lowering the cpl they're paying. I think the MT business is the most bizarre, dishonest industry this country has, outside of the tobacco industry.

I've been a QA 15 years and I've never heard
of any company only paying for the actual Keystrokes of the blank. You would literally make less than minimum wage that way. Waaay less.
