I am there now and have had no problems with pay, work load or mgt. It has surpassed my expectations.... I too had to wade through the negative posts and almost changed my mind about applying. But for some reason I just took a deep breath, decided to take a chance and have never regretted it for a moment....just be your own person and make up your own mind...it worked for me!
