Tried one of the big nationals, they put me on an account just going to VR. Sat there and watched all the VR gobbled up, while I did straight typing. Don't know what kind of accounts you have, but I picked up a version of Dragon from ebay and put it on my own machine. Got it just for my clinic account, but have started using it on my major account this week. It seems to handle everything but OPs. Haven't had it very long, but it sure is resting my hands. This might be another option if you want to make the investment, and have the patience and qualities needed.
