Yep, I am working for Webmedx, and my STM even told me that if I gave VR a shot and it didn't work she would take me off it. I really couldn't ask for much more than that. I think there is definitely a learning curve, but I am going to give it a try, and start making some command shortcuts to speed up a bit.
