very new to Axolotl but not new to MT-ing or to large MT services.  I could tell you the good things I have experienced with Axolotl but, again, I am very new to the company.  And we ALL seem to be very, very tired of hearing how great a company is and on and on and on....until it gets hard to know what to believe or whom to trust.

Ok, having said that, I agree that recruiters have their PR lines they give us and we have to take it with a grain of salt.  However, I found that the Axolotl recruiter was very honest in her answers and in her presentation of the company.  I understand why you would be wary and to that I would say - - - get past the recruiter, take the tests, and if that goes well, you will get an interview with the hiring supervisor or manager.  At THAT interview, ask all the questions you need to.  And be prepared to answer all of her questions too :-))

Good luck to you.
