I agree with Zville. My boss hires substandard MTs for cheap and then I have to finish their typing. It's a thankless job. The MTs who really do not do a good job, take the feedback personally and I've been attacked and abused. The only good thing is that you don't wear out your joints as much. One more thing, I work with other QA who cherry pick the easy edits and give no feedback and let mistakes slip.
