for a while. I found line counts to be off somewhat but all in all it only took about 2 weeks to get up to par. I found management to be somewhat disorganized and uninformed. QA was hit or miss depending on who you got. Actually, at one point I was of the believe that not all QA could possibly even have MT experience if that is possible. I remembering asking for a copy of a finished report that I guess went to the client after clearing QA and all my blanks were still there but some other changes that didn't make sense were made. If you ask a question it depends who you are asking on what answer you'll get. On a scale of 1-10, I'd probably given them a 4? Towards the end of my time there they were running out of work constantly and asking you to flex your schedule to get your production in. Just too many account rules that changed by the hour and depending on who you asked. I just felt it was not worth my time or effort any more. I left about 2-1/2 months ago so I don't know if anything has changed since then, but I sincerely doubt it. The supervisor is not an MT so it's really hard to ask and receive adequate responses to questions without ending up more confused than when you started. I have to admit that I fell for the friendliness that was there from the start and thought it would be a great change. I didn't realize I was working for non-MT people until later.
