I'm getting 8, and then 8.5 for priorities

I love this company because it's just 24-hour TAT. True IC. I go on the site, choose the jobs I want, type them, and send them back through the site. I do not have to meet a quota.
There are times when I'm not quick enough to grab the work, but I do have accounts that I am the main typist, so those files are a given. I also have my own personal accounts where I charge 10 c per gross line including blank lines and 12 cpl for 65 characters with spaces (old friend so I gave him a break/he may retire but says he won't till he dies).
Sure, I'd like to see 9 or 10 for my online MTSO, but I like the flexibility and the work is super easy clinic work and I don't have to be on messenger, and I do not even have to transcribe my main accounts if I get in a bind. They always have a back-up IC to fill in. I also am off on Fridays. They like notice for extended vacation, but don't mind if you need a day in case of an emergency.
No, they are not hiring. Sorry...

Okay, so I'll ask it these are this MT's PRIORITIES
OK so not all companies are perfect. Maybe none are but here's what I want to know because I am quite frustrated as many are probable here...
Where do they: 1)Count the lines fairly and on the up and up without hidden softwares? The paycheck actually reflects what we should earn, including promised PTO, etc. and is paid when we expect it every time without fail. Where do they: 2) Answer e mails especially ones which we consider important? So what if they are not important to management, it might have to do with a family issue which is why we work for our families and our lives, remember? 3)Share the good with the bad work evenly. So we all have good days and a good check every time? Why only some people getting the good work and why the bait and switch on everyone else? 4) No micromanaging. I am a professional, you are a professional. We agree on the TAT, the coverage, our schedule when we are hired and in between when we need a change and we are then treated as professionals.
Are these things so difficult? Seems like bear bones to me. I mean, we don't do water cooler time like in salaried jobs in offices, we don't have parties, we don't get a lot of things and yet we have the knowledge and brains many of our managers don't even pretend to have. Is this too much to ask? Okay, now this MT will quit with the rhetorical and ask the real question. Which company provides bear bones professionalism as above. And please, no public relations answers. Sick of hearing that one every time. Thank you in advance.
