Is that there are too many chiefs and not enough Indians. It is very frustrating to have issues, and even though you have emailed the long, long list of leads etc, you are lucky to get even one to respond. Other than the communication issue, they are not too bad.

This will be the downfall of MQ if they continue this bouncing people around. Whoever thought up
this way for MTs to work is so entirely wrong that there is no way they have ever ever done this job. They are totally to the wind doing this. Anyone who has ever done MT work will say that the best way to get the best lines and best quality is to keep MTs with what they know and what they do best. One main and one backup is all anyone should ever have to do. We have constant complaining in my office from the hospitals about things that are done wrong and it is ABSOLUTELY because of people not used to the account hopping in when they run out. Bad bad business.
