I'm on their big oncology account and haven't had any problems, so maybe it depends on the account?
Anyway, I've had a great experience with them. Pay on time, every time, communication is very good, my TL is great and right on top of things, plenty of opportunity to do extra lines. The pay is a bit low, that is true, but I figure it's a trade off because the lines are easy to get.
It may depend on the account, but from my experience, I think they're great to work for. I like that incentive bonus they have when you first start, too.
I'd recommend them.
