How does anyone know?

Interesting thread.
There haven't been any incentives in quite a while that I know of, but if anyone can come up with a list, I'd sure like to see them.
You know, I haven't seen anyone say what they are paid, and so it's hard to know the actual facts. Maybe if there is a difference the new hire tested at 100% across the board and had a solid work history and the old-timer limped in at bare minimum scores, etc. Maybe the recruiter knew the person from another company and knew they'd give 110%. (Not implying that others don't, but good and bad MTs carry their reputation around with them. This is a small world and people know people.) I don't know for sure, just throwing ideas out there.
Unless you get a whole lot of people who are willing to advertise how much they make and compare test scores, experience, and accounts, you're only going to get conjecture and rumor. Remember, different accounts are paid differently depending on difficulty, too. There are many variables to consider.
Also, I would think that people who have been with Transcend for a while would leave if they were dissatisfied and stay if they were happy. Lots of options open out there. Transcend isn't the only company on the block, good or bad.
Finally, with people eluding to special treatment for newbies when the facts aren't there, well, I don't think it is fair to try to rile up people over rumors. If people aren't happy with their situation, they should go to their production and account managers and hash it out. If you don't get an answer to your email, call them. This is your job and you need to take care of yourself first of all.
