back to the ESL doctor to fill it in. How about that? You have a lot of nerve calling an MT lazy when it's hard to understand ESLs especially when most companies are only paying 7 cpl. If you don't like your job, then get a new one. Most MTs would love to know what the ESLs are saying, but can't for the life of them figure it out and won't spend countless hours researching for a measly 7 cpl... Cut me a break here!

I think QA is the most overrated thing paid out in this business. Make the dictators accountable for their dictation like they used to do before there was such a thing as QA!
